Discover how Maan Solar Traders successfully designed and installed a 45kW Off-Grid Solar Tubewell System for Multan Mango Club on Bosan Road, Multan. Built to reduce diesel costs and provide a dependable water pumping solution, this project combines premium solar technology with professional engineering to deliver reliable irrigation for agricultural operations while supporting long-term sustainability and lower operating expenses.
Multan Mango Club, located on Bosan Road, Multan, required a reliable off-grid solar solution to power its agricultural tubewell while reducing dependence on diesel for irrigation. After a detailed site survey, water pumping assessment, and ground layout planning, Maan Solar Traders designed a 45kW Off-Grid Solar System tailored to the farm’s irrigation requirements and daily agricultural operations.
The completed installation features 82 Jinko 550W monocrystalline solar panels and an AM Power Vertron 37kW–45kW Heavy Duty Three-Phase Solar Pump VFD, mounted on a concrete-anchored ground-mounted GI structure for long-term durability and stable performance. From system design and equipment selection to installation, testing, and commissioning, every stage of the project was completed following industry best practices to ensure reliable and efficient solar-powered irrigation.
The primary objective of this project was to help Multan Mango Club reduce diesel costs by replacing conventional fuel-powered irrigation with a reliable 45kW Off-Grid Solar Tubewell System. The solution was designed to provide dependable daytime water pumping, support daily irrigation requirements, and ensure efficient farm operations without relying on the electricity grid.
Using 82 Jinko 550W monocrystalline solar panels and an AM Power Vertron 37kW–45kW Heavy Duty Three-Phase Solar Pump VFD, the system delivers consistent solar-powered irrigation while minimizing operating costs and supporting sustainable agricultural practices.
To meet the irrigation requirements of Multan Mango Club, Maan Solar Traders designed and installed a 45kW Off-Grid Solar Tubewell System engineered to provide reliable solar-powered water pumping while significantly reducing diesel consumption. The system combines 82 Jinko 550W monocrystalline solar panels with an AM Power Vertron 37kW–45kW Heavy Duty Three-Phase Solar Pump VFD, delivering efficient performance for daily agricultural operations.
Installed on a concrete-anchored ground-mounted hot-dipped galvanized iron (GI) structure, the system is built to withstand outdoor agricultural conditions while ensuring long-term durability. From site assessment and system design to equipment installation, testing, and final commissioning, every stage of the project was completed according to industry best practices to provide dependable and sustainable irrigation.
